All three are free. Choose NetRing IP Scanner for a single signed Windows exe with a full network toolbox and HTML reports. Choose Angry IP Scanner if you need macOS or Linux or open source, and Advanced IP Scanner if you use Radmin or still run Windows 7 or 8.

NetRing IP Scanner is Windows-only. Angry IP Scanner runs on Windows, macOS and Linux.
Angry IP Scanner is GPLv2. NetRing IP Scanner is free but not open source.
Advanced IP Scanner connects with Radmin and lists Windows 7 and 8 support. NetRing IP Scanner needs Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
NetRing IP Scanner scans IPv4 only, and the download needs a free community account. Both others download directly.
